We'll email every signed-in user ahead of time with the exact date. You'll keep all your data and your account; you'll just need to subscribe to keep Trader/Pro/Whale features. Free tier stays free forever.
How does payment work?+
Crypto via MaxelPay — pay in USDT/USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Base, plus BTC and ETH. Hosted checkout, takes <60s. No card needed, no signup form.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your profile billing tab — you keep Trader/Pro/Whale access until the end of the current period, then auto-downgrade to Free. No prorated refunds, but no surprises either.
What's the difference between Trader, Pro, and Whale?+
Trader ($15) is active retail — every venue real-time, 15 alerts, 30 wallets, 180d history, 200/min API. Pro ($49) is "trade for a living" — adds API archive (1y) + Tax CSV export + Custom dashboards + Setup scanner, plus 75 alerts, 200 wallets, 1y history, 600/min API. Whale ($99) is funds + desks — adds priority alert delivery (dedicated queue), custom alert webhooks, 5y archive, unlimited alerts, unlimited watched wallets, and a 1:1 Telegram channel with the team.
How far back does historical data go?+
Your tier sets the maximum lookback you can query — 30d (Free), 180d (Trader), 1y (Pro), 5y (Whale). We keep full-resolution funding/OI for 30 days and a daily-downsampled archive beyond that. That archive has been accumulating since launch and grows every day, so the deepest windows fill in over time rather than being backfilled. The funding-history API reports the actual coverage it returned alongside your requested window, so you always know exactly how much data you got.
Do you charge based on usage?+
No. Flat monthly or annual price — no overage fees, no surprise bills, no metered billing. If you hit a tier limit, the page tells you and offers an upgrade. Nothing breaks silently.
Is there a free trial?+
No traditional trial — but right now everyone gets full Trader + Pro + Whale features during launch, which is effectively an open access period for every paid tier. The Free tier itself stays free forever (no card required, no time limit), so you can always test the data terminal without committing to anything.
Earn 20% commission as an affiliate?+
Yes — every signed-in user gets a referral code at /settings/referrals. Share it; people who sign up via your link get 10% off forever, and you earn 20% of every paid month they pay, for the life of the account. Payouts in USDT to your wallet (Solana, Arbitrum, or Base) with a $25 minimum. Public details on /referrals.
